Skeleton Says

Scot Siegel's new book of poetry, Skeleton Says, is now available for presale at Finishing Line Press.

Does the cover look a tad familiar?

It should if you've read my blog or my latest book. It's based on this photo of mine of two lovers from a fountain at the Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris, which was also used to illustrate a chapter in my latest, The Big Wake-Up.

The Big Wake-Up Takes the Gold!

As a follow up to my earlier post about The Big Wake-Up being shortlisted for the 2010 Independent Publisher Award (IPPY) in the crime fiction category, I'm thrilled to announce that Wake-Up took gold.

IPPY Awards


I'm pleased as punch (as Hubert Humphrey would say) to report that The Big Wake-Up was short-listed for an Independent Publisher's award--aka an IPPY--in the Mystery / Suspense / Thriller category. See here.

Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to all finalists and presented at a ceremony in New York on May 25th during Book Expo America.
